Shipping & Delivery

Mailordergolf.com provide a rapid and efficient shipping service through DPD express delivery service to Great Britain, the European Union and internationally. Orders can be dispatched to your home or work address. All shipments are fully insured. To receive your order by the next day you have to place your order before 12 mid-day to receive your good the following day.

International
Outside of the European Union we can provide shipping and to give you a quote please e-mail or phone us.

Privacy & Security

We take privacy very seriously at Mailordergolf and therefore do not disclose buyer's information to any third parties. We will never collect sensitive or personal information without your explicit authority and consent to do so. All data is up to date and stored according to Data Protection Act 1998. You are able request to see and check your information we have at anytime by contacting us. All information is kept within the EEA (European Economic Area). We only collect information directly relevant to your order so we may swiftly process and dispatch your item. The information example we ask for include your name, address and credit card details.

Returns & Replacements

If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following conditions:

• The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition.
• You inform us via email at sales@mailordergolf.com detailing the goods you wish to return, the reason why you want to return them and your telephone number. You will then be contacted as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
• Change of mind cancellation products must be returned within seven working days of receipt of your order.
• The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised.
• You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us via email.
• Goods must be returned within 30 days.
• You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition, unused and in its original un-spoilt packaging.

You may decide to cancel your order upto 7 days after you receive the item/s. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us on 0845 389 1707. We ask that you return the items in their original packaging and ensure that they are securely wrapped. You must pay for the return cost of the items to us. You will be refunded the total original cost plus shipping to you within 30 days of the return of items. We aim to resolve all queries or concerns before you return the item to us, please e-mail sales@mailordergolf.co.uk or phone us on 0845 389 1707.

Ordering

We have a streamlined ordering system to allow customer to custom select their desired ball grade and quantity.
 
When playing an order select the brand and model you would like then using ‘Step One – Select your grade’ select which grade you would like. If you select a better grade of ball the price will automatically update to factor in the new cost. When you are happy with your grade of ball add the item to your order.
 
From the shopping cart you can change the quantity of items to reflect your desired amount. From the shopping cart you can proceed to checkout and follow the easy point by point page to finish your order.

Payment & Promotions

We accept a range of payments including credit cards, debit card and Paypal payments.
 
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and are current at the time of publishing. All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and do not include cost of delivery and packaging. Payment shall be made at the time that the order is placed. Payment may be made by major credit card and debit cards: (Switch/Maestro (UK customers only); Visa and Mastercard.

Viewing Orders

If you have a customer account with us then you can view your orders by logging into Mailordergolf and selecting ‘My Account’ then ‘My Orders’ from there you can view your previous or current orders.

Update Account Information

This is simply done by logging into Mailordergolf and selecting either ‘Account Information’ or ‘Address Books’ to update your name/password or shipping address.

Common Questions

How do I track my order?
If you have a DPD assignment or parcel number you can view the delivery status of your parcel. For Parcel Tracking Click Here. Alternatively you can track your package by phoning us on 0845 389 1707 and quoting your reference number. We will then be able to help you find the location and progress of your package.

How much carriage do I pay on multiple items?
The standard delivery charge on items is for goods up to 30kg, any weight above that an additional charge of £2.75 maybe requested to ensure the goods are delivered to you.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?
Our express service does not include Saturday Delivery. If you order before 1pm Friday your order will arrive Monday. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Nobody was available to sign for the parcel?
If nobody was available to sign for the goods DPD will leave a card with details and phone number to call to arrange another delivery or collection.

When is the cut off point for next day delivery?
If you place your order before 12 mid-day on a weekday it will be dispatched the same day.

There is a problem with my delivery?
Call us on 0845 389 1707 and we will be happy to help. Please remember if your not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it to us using our returns policy.

Do you collect duties, tariffs or fees from outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the European Union?
For international addresses, we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by the respective government or local agency.

Do you sell customer tailored orders?
Here at MailOrderGolf we believe in customer choice and therefore offer tailor specific orders over the phone. We pride ourselves on having a huge range of golf balls and if you cannot find a specific model on our web site we will be happy to help accommodate your requirements.
