Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom and selected European countries shown at checkout.

This may include the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, EU countries and selected non-EU European countries where available at checkout.

If a country is available at checkout, delivery should usually be available. However, some products may be restricted due to size, weight, courier availability, supplier restrictions or local import rules.

Couriers and tracking

We use a range of couriers depending on the order, destination, product size and delivery service.

Couriers may include Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS and other suitable courier partners. MailOrderGolf chooses the most suitable courier for each order.

Tracking will be provided where available. Customers may receive tracking updates by email, Shopify notification, courier notification and/or SMS where available.

Delivery options, timeframes and charges

We offer standard delivery, express delivery and next working day delivery where available.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK standard delivery: usually 2–5 working days
  • UK express or next working day delivery: available on selected orders, subject to stock, courier availability and cut-off times
  • European delivery: usually 3–10 working days, depending on the destination, courier and customs processing

Delivery timeframes are usually counted from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed, unless stated otherwise.

Our order cut-off time for same-day dispatch or next working day delivery is usually 10am on working days, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after the cut-off time will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Orders are normally dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a delivery service is guaranteed.

Delivery charges are calculated based on order value, weight, size, destination and selected delivery service. All available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Free UK or European delivery may be available where shown on the website or at checkout. Bulky, heavy, oversized or remote-area deliveries may have extra charges or longer delivery times.

Dispatch and order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.

Orders are dispatched only after payment has been authorised.

If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer one or more of the following options:

  • An estimated delivery date
  • An alternative product
  • A partial shipment
  • Cancellation and refund

Where practical, we may split shipments if some items are available and others are delayed. If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you.

Changing or cancelling an order before dispatch

You may contact us to change your delivery address or cancel your order before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.

Delivery address and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sales@mailordergolf.com.

If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

If a courier cannot deliver, they may leave a card, send a notification, attempt redelivery or make the parcel available for collection.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will contact you. Redelivery may require an additional delivery charge.

Original delivery charges are not usually refunded where delivery fails because incorrect details were provided or the parcel was not collected.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window has passed, please check your tracking information first.

If you still need help, contact us at sales@mailordergolf.com and we will investigate with the courier.

If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

If tracking shows the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we may ask you to check with household members, neighbours, safe places or local collection points while we investigate with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product, where possible

Please keep the packaging until we confirm the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund.

European and international delivery

European orders may be shipped from the United Kingdom or Germany.

Where applicable, VAT, import charges, customs duties or clearance fees will be included or shown at checkout.

We aim to ship European orders on a duties-paid basis where available and shown at checkout. If additional customs or import charges apply, these will be shown at checkout where possible.

Customs checks may delay delivery. International and European delivery times are estimates only.

If a customer refuses delivery because of customs, import or clearance charges and the parcel is returned to us, any refund may be reduced by delivery, return, customs, clearance or handling charges incurred.

We provide customs forms and paperwork where required.

Pre-orders

We may sell pre-order items. Where available, estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page.

If a pre-order is delayed, we will contact you with an update and your available options.

You may usually cancel a pre-order before dispatch unless the item is personalised, custom-made or otherwise excluded.

Large, bulky or high-value items

Some golf equipment may require specialist, oversized or high-value delivery services.

Golf clubs, bags, trolleys and other large equipment may be sent using different delivery services where needed.

High-value orders may require a signature.

Couriers may only leave parcels in a safe place where the courier allows it and the customer chooses that option. If you request delivery to a safe place, you may be responsible once the courier confirms delivery to that location.

We do not usually deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or BFPO addresses unless this is specifically available at checkout.

Click and collect

We do not currently offer click and collect.

Delivery updates

Customers will receive an order confirmation email and dispatch confirmation email.

Tracking updates will be provided where available. Couriers may also send delivery notifications directly by email or SMS where available and where contact details have been provided.
