This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work for orders placed with MailOrderGolf through mailordergolf.com. MailOrderGolf is operated by Second Chance Limited.

Change-of-mind returns
If you are a consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Once you have told us you want to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
To start a return, email sales@mailordergolf.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- The item or items you want to return
- Reason for return
- Contact telephone number
For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused, in brand new condition, in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, manuals, accessories and parts included, and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for looking after the goods while they are in your possession. We may reduce your refund if the goods have been used, damaged, handled more than necessary, or returned in a condition that affects their value.
You are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they arrive back with us.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods.
Where required, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. We do not usually refund upgraded delivery charges, such as express or next-day delivery, unless we failed to provide the delivery service paid for.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 1 to 3 working days after receiving and checking the returned goods. Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment provider may take longer to show the refund in your account.
Exchanges, replacements and credit notes
We do not usually offer exchanges or credit notes for change-of-mind returns.
If a replacement is agreed because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise accepted by us, we will confirm the next steps with you.
If a replacement item costs more than the original item, we may send an invoice for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference where applicable.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable. If a refund is due for an order paid for using a gift card, we may issue a new gift card for the relevant value.
Faulty, damaged, missing or wrong items
If you believe an item is faulty, or your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mailordergolf.com. Where possible, please contact us on the day of delivery for damaged, missing or wrong items.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue, where possible
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, or the issue is our fault, MailOrderGolf will cover reasonable return postage. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.
Returned faulty goods may be inspected before a refund, repair or replacement is confirmed. If, after inspection, the item is not found to be faulty, we may return the item to you or discuss other options, such as a partial refund or an alternative product with additional payment.
EU and international returns
EU and international customers should return items to our UK return address unless we confirm otherwise.
For change-of-mind returns from outside the UK, you are responsible for return postage, customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees and any other return-related charges.
We usually pay the relevant international charges for orders we send out, so refused deliveries due to customs charges should be rare. If a customer refuses delivery and the item is returned to us, we will review the situation and confirm any refund due after considering shipping costs, charges and the condition of the returned goods.
Where a refund of customs duties, taxes or import charges is possible, this will depend on the specific circumstances and any rules applied by customs authorities or delivery providers. Our return labels may include the required customs paperwork where applicable.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns
The following items cannot usually be returned for a change-of-mind refund:
- Gift cards
- Items not returned unused, in brand new condition and in their original packaging
- Items that have been damaged, used or handled more than necessary
At present, we do not usually sell personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products through this policy. If this changes, those products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.
How to return an item
- Email sales@mailordergolf.com before sending the goods back.
- Include your order number, item details, reason for return and telephone number.
- Wait for us to confirm the return details.
- Package the item securely.
- Send the item to the return address above.
Customers are responsible for the goods until they are received by us, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You may have additional rights if goods are faulty, not as described, damaged or not fit for purpose.
