HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please sign into your account by clicking the user icon and logging in with the email you used to place the order. This will open a page where you can view your order and see tracking information if it has been shipped.
HOW MUCH CARRIAGE DO I PAY ON MULTIPLE ITEMS?
Delivery charges for multiple items over 30 kg will depend on the total weight and destination of your order. We will be in touch to confirm the final delivery costs before your items are shipped.
DO YOU DELIVER ON SATURDAY?
Yes, for UK orders we do offer Saturday delivery, please select this option at checkout. Currently, for European and the rest of the world, we don't offer a Saturday option, but full tracking will be provided to assist you with delivery.
NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL?
The courier may leave a card to rearrange delivery, or delivery may be re-attempted the next day. If not, please get in touch with our customer service team for assistance.
WHEN IS THE CUT-OFF POINT FOR NEXT-DAY DELIVERY?
Orders placed before 10am on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
Please note: during peak seasons, delays can occur due to high order volumes and promotions. If your order is urgent, we recommend contacting us directly.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Please visit our Contact page or use the chat widget to get in touch, we’ll be happy to help. If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your order in line with our returns policy.
DO YOU COLLECT DUTIES, TARIFFS, OR FEES FROM OUTSIDE THE UK?
We always try to cover all duties, tariffs, and fees in advance where possible. However, unexpected costs may still occur outside of our control. If you experience any issues, please reach out to our customer service team.
